Isaac Strum NPC and Louis King NPC thieves for "Suspicious Activities" Misc Mission, don't attack them, just listen to their conversation, go back to Theresa Mason and tell her about it and then go to Karson Endler in the UC Security Office.

UC Surplus - Vendor

You can scan some suits and pieces of equipment with the scanner to practice the skill, just be careful not to accidentally steal them.

Later in story, when you return here you will see Altagracia Gonzalez talking to Antonio Bianchi, listen to the conversation until the end and talk to Antonio I couldn't help overhearing that argument. and you will got new mission.

In the back room, out of sight, you will find equipment in chests, but you would have to steal it.

Later in game talk to Karson Endler for "Suspicious Activities" Misc Mission - There's going to be a robbery at the UC Surplus and tell him about Theresa Mason send you.

Prisoner NPC You can't talk to him because he's locked in a cell.

You can open cell with UC Security Well Key which is in Karson Endler pocket, if you want to open the cell you have to steal the key. Although it doesn't make much sense, the freed prisoner walks away and nothing interesting happens (maybe we'll do that later in the game's storyline).

It is not related to any Mission. In The Well Residential Area there is a locked apartment that you can easily get to (Novice Lock). Inside you will find Topher Ugowat's corpse, an explanation of the hosts on his computer, a safe to which you will find the key on the corpse and ... a surprise.

She is not there when you first enter The Well, but she appears after some time.

Only Well Apartment

Located above Jake's Bar, it is locked from both the main entrance and the second entrance from the balcony. It can be opened with a Only Well Apartment Key.

After "Friends Like These" UC Vanguard Faction Mission: You can buy this apartment for 30.000 in Aphelion Realty in New Atlantis (19), when you will become a UC citizen.

Hidden Room

An unused, forgotten room that can only be accessed through a ventilation shaft. Meera and Saanvi use it as storage for their stolen equipment.
