You can answer her "[Commerce] Wasn't the original Bailamos destroyed?" or you can also try your chance to search the sleepcrate for treasure.

This seems like an obvious scam, but you can try.

You will then get a key to one of the random sleepcrates and you will be able to check its contents.

You can repeat this 3 times. The loot is random, sometimes you get more valuable items, sometimes nothing valuable. It's just a fun lottery.

You have to steal Seokguch Syndicate Keycard from Franchesca Moore, open doors, use computer inside to close doors and open secret entrance hidden in closet but you have to fight Syndicate members.
