ESO Night Market Map: Skittering Precinct District

What to do in Skittering Precinct:

• Grab the Quest or Daily Quest for this District at Starlit Plaza (every time).
• Visit both rooftops (once for achievement).
• Keep collecting Relic Splinters, check the monster list below to craft this district's Relic.
• Take down four Brazen Bosses to summon Argent Bosses.
• Kill two Argent Bosses and loot their Gilded Key Fragments.
• Join the Skirmish (Public Event).
• Defeat the Calamitous Boss (Zone World Boss).
• Try to finish the Daring Race (once for achievement).
• Find and solve all Environmental Puzzles (Oddities).
• Look for unusual items and locations to trigger District Quests.
• Watch for and kill Faceted Foes (gold or green aura) for bonus.
• Farm weak enemies until you find 1 Relic Splinter per District.
• Track your Relic Splinters to see what you're missing.
• Once you have the District Relic, search previously locked areas.
• Use the Gilded Key and District Relic to enter and clear the Gilded Boss Dungeon.

Relic Splinters

Most district activities focus on collecting Relic Splinters to reconstruct powerful Relics. Assembling a full Relic requires 10 unique, named Splinters, each obtainable only through specific methods and in pointed District.

You can find Relic Splinters in each District by:

• Defeating Brazen Bosses (4)
• Defeating Argent Bosses (2)
• Completing District Skirmishes (1)
• Taking down weak enemies in the area (1)
• Purchasing from a Faction Vendor (1)
• Opening Night Market Reward Coffers - earned by finishing 10 District Daily Quests (1)

Keep in mind that Splinters have specific drop rates, so you might need to clear certain encounters several times before they drop.

Egg of Arac Relic

There are three Relics in the Night Market, with each one tied to a specific district.

To assemble a Relic, you must collect 10 Relic Splinters specific to that particular Relic and district.

Holding a Relic grants access to previously unreachable areas within that district, including the Gilded Boss Dungeon.

Additionally, each of the three Relics unlocks a new wing in the Night's Den House.

Egg of Arac, relic in Skittering Precinct District, allows you to grapple your way through that district.

Calamitous Boss

A Calamitous Boss is a district-specific world boss and the toughest enemy in the area. There are no requirements to fight one, but keep in mind they’re incredibly powerful, you won’t stand a chance alone.

You’ll find one Calamitous Boss in each district (Skittering Precinct, Sorrow’s Friend and The Parch) but they don't just stay put, they roam the entire area.

Taking them down boosts the effects of your temporary District Specific Boons.

• Roksa the Warped

Brazen Bosses

There are 12 Brazen Bosses across the Night Market districts: Skittering Precinct, Sorrow’s Friend, and The Parch, 4 in each area. These are low-level mini-bosses used to summon Argent Bosses. Taking out 2 Brazen Bosses triggers a higher-level Argent Boss spawn nearby.

• Khephidaen
• Kraohl the Defiler
• Votary of Velidreth

Argent Bosses

Argent Bosses are Elite enemies you can summon by taking down 2 corresponding Brazen Bosses. There are 6 of them in total, with two located in each district: Skittering Precinct, Sorrow’s Friend and The Parch.

You'll want to farm these guys for 2 Gilded Key Fragments.

Gilded Key is required to enter the Gilded Boss Dungeon (4 player instance).

Argent Bosses in Skittering Precinct District:

• Flesh Abomination
• Lady Nassulekh

Gilded Boss Dungeon

The Gilded Boss Dungeon is a 4-player instance, with one located in each district: Skittering Precinct, Sorrow’s Friend and The Parch. To gain entry, you’ll need a Gilded Key dropped by Argent Bosses and District Relic.

Once inside, expect to face a Gilded Boss, which is a high-difficulty encounter built for group play. Taking them down boosts the effects of your temporary District Specific Boons.

Killing Gilded Boss will give you Opulent Key Fragment. You will need 3 Opulent Key Fragments from different Gilded Bosses to create Opulent Key, to enter The Opulent Ordeal Trial in Starlit Plaza.

Kill Gilded Alziriix in Gossamer Crypt 4 Player Gilded Dungeon in Skittering Precinct.

Faceted Enemies

Faceted Foes are unique enemies that spawn in random locations. You can spot them by their distinct gold or green aura. Taking them down boosts the effects of your temporary District Specific Boons. Faceted Foes drop treasure and rare loot.

Skirmish (Public Event)

Each Night Market District features a unique Skirmish Public Event that culminates in a boss fight. District Skirmishes trigger at regular intervals. Keep an eye on the faction scoreboard to see when the next event begins.

Brood Skirmish (Public Event Skittering Precinct) - goal is to kill Hordemother boss.

Hidden Side Quests

Look for repeatable discoverable quests in Skittering Precinct districts:

• Curio Collection
• District Field Journal
• Missing Persons
• Sullied Reputations
• Too Many Spiders

Puzzles (Oddities)

Each district comes with its own set of location specific Environmental Puzzles.

You need to stay right next to the Odditie from the moment you start the puzzle until you finish it. Some Oddities might require cooperating with other players to complete.

Solving Puzzles boosts the effects of your temporary District Specific Boons.

Arachnid Invasions - 4 Environmental Puzzles in Skittering Precinct (Not Today, Spiders achievement).

The Arachnid Invasions Oddity is all about torching different colored spiders with the proper mounted flamethrowers.

Daring Race

Daring Races are time-based, district-specific challenges. Daring Races challenge you to race through checkpoints while avoiding danger.

Daring Race: Rapid Extermination, race across webs of Skittering Precinct, pick up some flame essence by the entrance to the district and get ready to burn those highlighted spider nests before the flame fizzles out.

Jump Pad

Jump Pads launch you up to the rooftops and into a safe zone.

Rooftop Oasis - Plaza Portal

The Plaza Portal is located in the rooftop safe zone and takes you back to Starlit Plaza.

This is also your respawn point if you go down in one of the Night Market districts below.
