Crucible Keep is in First Fires district of Defiance Bay City.
NPC: Justicar Aldmar
QUEST: Missing Sentries Missing Sentries
Wyla, a justiciar in the Crucible Knights, has had several of her novitiates standing guard outside Heritage Hill go missing under mysterious circumstances.
Enter Heritage Hill.
The gate to Heritage Hill is sealed, but Wyla told me that the guards would be expecting me.

ITEM: Edict of Arrest
QUEST: Unwanted Unwanted
The Crucible Knights are calling for the arrest of an orlan man named Eorn. Apparently he's eluded capture thus far, though the Knights continue to hunt for him.
The Edict of Arrest I found is recently dated. Eorn could not have traveled far, and it seems unlikely he could get past the guards at the gates. I should look for him in the city.
I recall meeting an orlan in the Copperlane catacombs. Aldmar might want to hear of it.
Eorn is in Copperlane Catacombs (03)
ITEM: Penhelm's Affidavit
For Rogue Knight Quest
I have found an affidavit that confirms the lineage of Penhelm's soul. It is signed by Kurren, a cipher of Dunryd Row.
For Built to Last Quest
Give him Vianna's research.
I retrieved Vianna's notes. Dunstan is waiting for them back in Crucible Keep in First Fires.
[Knights of the Crucible: Moderate Positive]
[Defiance Bay: Minor Positive]
Dunstan is Merchant now.
Bring Penhelm's affidavit to Kurren.
Penhelm seems to have taken Osric's armor for his own, but I have his affidavit in hand as a possible bargaining chip.
Kurren, the cipher who signed off on Penhelm's affidavit, works at Hadret House in Brackenbury. He should know for certain whether or not the affidavit is genuine.
NPC: Commander Clyver
QUEST: Built to Last Built to Last
Commander Clyver of the Knights of the Crucible has a plan to address the shortage of trained soldiers. He's asked Forge Master Dunstan to construct forge knights - soldiers made from suits of armor. Dunstan has crafted the armor, and now he just needs the research from Vianna to complete the project.
Go to the scriveners' dormitory in Copperlane.
Clyver asked me to meet with Vianna, a student of animancy. She's compiled the research that should enable Dunstan to finish the forge knights. Clyver said that she lives in the dormitory with the other scriveners, but his novitiates haven't been able to find her lately.
