Curate Gadayn is suspicious of Prelate Faram, recently arrived at the Necrom Necropolis. The prelate closed the catacombs due to a mysterious illness. I should determine if this is related to the threads of fate I was sent to investigate.
Curate Gadayn asked me to begin by investigating the ship Prelate Faram arrived on. Necrom's port master at the harbor might be able tell me more about the Stormwing.

Leramil the Wise met me near the abandoned tower of Tel Rendys. She senses that both of us will be required to learn why Tel Rendys is important to stopping the threat facing Hermaeus Mora's realm and Nirn.

I found the Watchling Scruut brooding outside Alavelis. She was drawn here by some sort of contradiction in fate that may involve Daedric cultists. I agreed to help Scruut investigate the situation.
Scruut suggested searching Alavelis to find survivors or learn more about what the cultists want here. I should look around.

After the events in the Infinite Panopticon, our only real lead is Master Shelreni and the Black Book she stole from Meln. I need to return to the Telvanni Peninsula and start looking into her dealings with the Hidden Kindred.
I should return to the Necrom Bindery in the Telvanni Peninsula and see if Curate Gadayn has learned anything new about Master Shelreni or the rite she plans to cast from Meln's Black Book.

Blightcrown completed Master Shelren's rite and Vaermina entered Apocrypha. The Prince of Dreams' presence has disrupted the workings of the realm as she hunts for the lost memory. I need to find a way to stop her from reaching it.
To find out where Vaermina is headed, we need to communicate with Master Shelreni's spirit. I should talk to Meln and see if he can help us with that.

Torvesard gained the first part of the lost memory, but two more remain. We need to stop Blightcrown and the corruption that weakens Apocrypha, and we need to find Vaernina, hidden in Master Shelreni's body, before she locates the remaining secrets.
While Leramil attempts to locate Vaermina and Torvesard, she tasked me with tracking down Blightcrown and finding out how he's spreading the corruption. I should start by investigating Cipher's Midden.

Runemaster's Acropolis (Apocrypha)

Bastion Nymic is inaccessible except by a few ancient gates. The Herald's Seekers guard the way in. If you kill these Seekers and take their Daedric ichor, you can use it to activate the gate and get inside.

Hezehk, a courier for Madam Whim, was robbed by members of the Voidprowler clan. They stole a secret that he meant to trade for a boon from Hermaeus Mora. I agreed to help him track down the Voidprowlers, take back the secret, and finish his job.
Hezehk tells me that he needs to find his mirror first. Apparently, it can help track down the Voidprowlers. I should meet him where the attack occurred, at a set of steps to the south.
Forgotten Glories (Apocrypha)

Dreamcarvers have invaded the Remnants' fortress, the Cenotaph. The attackers seek a pact that provides the Remnant clan its power. I agreed to purge the Dreamcarvers from the Cenotaph and defend their pact.

Zirokh near Apogee of the Tormenting Eye
I found a member of the Remnant named Zirokh standing outside the Apogee of the Tormenting Eye. He's worried about Dremnaken invading the Apogee and devouring its knowledge. I agreed to rescue some artifacts and purge the Dremnaken.
Zirokh handed me a rune that hums with energy. He said I can use it to close the Dremnaken portals and reactivate the shrine's protective wards. I should ascend the Apogee to begin my work.
Shalidor's Library Books are scattered throughout the world. These books are identified by their distinctive purple glow. Discovering these books will improve your Mages Guild rank and advance the associated skill line.
Theoretically, the Shalidor's Library Books assigned to a given Zone should be found within that area. Practically as the areas available to players expand, it starts to get mixed up and the specific Lore Book can be found in other parts of Tamriel as well.
There are 10 Shalidor's Library Books assigned to Apocrypha. Some of them can also be found in other Zones. Each of the Lore Books has more than one probable spot where you can find it. Discovering them is necessary for Zone Completion.
