Burrow Sorrows Walkthrough

"Burrow Sorrows" is a short side quest in The Blood of Dawnwalker and part of the Sanzhani Questline. You can start it right after finishing the "Good Home" quest. It counts as one of the favors you complete for the Sanzhani faction.

A Sanzhani asks you to clear the Kobolds out of her burrow and get her Charm back. It turns out to be a malicious prank, but that does not matter. You still need to finish the job to secure your favor.

• Follow the curious sound.
• Talk to the Sanzhani.
• Kill the Kobolds inside the cave.
• Grab the Charm.
• Loot the chest to get the Legendary Fear of the Wilds amulet.
• Speak with the Sanzhani again to wrap up the quest.
• Head back to the Yawning Burrow to send another letter to Lunka.

Sanzhani Questline

The Sanzhani Questline is an independent side quest chain centered around the Sanzhani. These are small, malicious, and mysterious moth-like fairies living in burrows. Finishing the entire quest chain lets you rewind time by 1 full day (16 time segments).

• "Good Home": This starts in the Svartrau Outskirts and acts as the beginning of the chain.
• "Letters to Lunka": An extra quest that triggers automatically after you finish "Good Home." It weaves through the rest of the Sanzhani quests. You can send 5 letters to Lunka, earning the right to send one letter for every favor you complete for the Sanzhani.
• "Burrow Sorrows": A Sanzhani favor where you have to clear a cave of Kobolds and recover a charm in the southern part of Boar's Back.
• "Pearly and Precious": Another Sanzhani favor. You need to wipe out a bandit camp stealing teeth in northern Boar's Back.
• "Tiny Dancer": A Sanzhani favor tasking you with freeing a Sanzahan from a cage and finding treasure in Svartrau City.
• "Come Hither": A Sanzhani favor where you must kill Murohn inside the Sanzhani Burrow located in The Silts.
