Dragon Age: The Veilguard Story Chapter 10, walkthrough for The Lighthouse Map in Chapter 10 located in Fade Region.
In Chapter 10, after completing the "Fire and Ice" Story Quest, The Lighthouse changes a bit again, opening the entrance to the Watchtower and The Wolf's Den. New Quests appear and you can finally open 2 Chests in The Lighthouse.
ACT 2: THE PRICE OF THE PAST - The Story So Far ...
And after pursuing several leads, they found their chance to strike back. With the help of the Grey Wardens of Hossberg and other allies, the team defeated the blighted dragons that had attacked Minrathous and Treviso. Elgar'nan and Ghilan'nain were far from defeated, however. Their machinations continued to be carried out by the Antaam military in the east and Venatori cultists in the west. The team needed to reach out to their allies to determine where the gods would strike next.

After completing Chapter 9 you have two new Quests left to complete.
UNWANTED GUESTS STORY QUEST
Arlathan Forest - Help the Veil Jumpers.
The trail of the gods leads to Arlathan, and the Veil Jumpers must deal with divine reckoning.
Warned that the gods have turned their sights to Arlathan Forest, the team must contact Strife and Irelin and warn them of the impending danger.
SOMETHING WICKED GREY WARDENS QUEST
Hossberg Wetlands - Check in with the Wardens.
Wardens Antoine and Evka are eager to learn more about the blight, but their studies are interrupted by a looming threat.
The Grey Wardens have taken some terrible blows, but they won't allow blight to cover the world. Hoping to save the Hossberg Wetlands from destruction, Antoine and Evka want to learn more about the blight's strange new behavior.
First of all, we will check what has changed in The Lighthouse in Chapter 10, visit the unlocked rooms of Watchtower and The Wolf's Den and open 2 Big Chests.

Hossberg Wetlands - Listen to Evka's informant.
When Davrin meets with someone who has information on the Gloom Howler, what he learns about the monster's past shocks him to the core.
Evka has tracked down someone who claims to know more about the Gloom Howler, and Davrin is eager to meet this mysterious informant. Anything more he can learn about the monster could help the team defeat it when the time comes.
Neve - "Chasing Leads"

Dock Town - Discuss leads on Aelia.
Neve meets with the Threads to discuss Aelia.
The Threads make Dock Town business their business. Thread Boss Makal Damas and his right- hand man, Elek, have information-and Neve will take any leads she can get in her search for Aelia.
