You arrive in Elven Ruins (Chapter 2) after finishing The Lighthouse (Chapter 1) and short conversation with Strife and Irelin in Ritual Site for "In Entropy's Grasp" Story Quest.

Elven Ruins (Chapter 2) - Help Bellara deactivate the artifact.
The Lighthouse eluvian is currently locked on Arlathan Forest. The Veil Jumpers, an elven group, may be able to help it reach other locations.
Bellara, a Dalish elf with the Veil Jumpers, has found the team in a Veil bubble in Arlathan Forest. To escape the bubble, Bellara will need the team's help to disable an ancient elven artifact... and survive the demons and sentinels that stand in the way.

- Wrap up any unfinished business

Search area, you encounter an aggressive Construct, kill it.
Bellara NPCCompanion - you meet your next Companion, talk to her, and follow her.
Forest Path
To the south there is an abandoned camp.
The second abandoned camp is to the west, under the bridge, use the ladder to enter it.
Elven Temple
Jumper's Deft Leathers Common Light Armor in the chest.
Ruins Approach
Take Power Crystal and put it on Power Crystal Socket to build bridge.
Mountain Path
Use Bellara ability to deactivate Resonance Amplifier (Elven Device to the left).
Cliff Wolf Temple
First take loot from left room.
Take Power Crystal and put it on Power Crystal Socket to open door.
Weapon Weapon depends on Rook class in the chest.

Check below bor loot.
Use Bellara ability to deactivate Resonance Amplifier to lower barier.
Ballista
Use Ballista to destroy weak wall.

Let Bellara "play" with Artifact.
Kill Ogre Named Enemy.
Open second chest and take Storm Bellara Weapon.
You are trapped in this room, the only way to get out is to talk to Bellara who will teleport the team.

The Lighthouse eluvian is currently locked on Arlathan Forest. The Veil Jumpers, an elven group, may be able to help it reach other locations.
With the team's help, Bellara disabled the artifact and freed them from the Veil bubble. She also uncovered an ancient repository of elven knowledge, the Nadas Dirthalen. While Bellara intends to unlock its secrets, she has joined the team as they search for the escaped elven gods.
