Waka

Waka is a mechanic and scavenger on Toshara. He has dreamed his whole life of greatness, wealth, comfort and power - but he was never a fan of the whole "hard work" thing. A self-interested mechanic with big ambitions but not a lot of foresight, Waka leaves behind a trail of failed grifts and burned former allies, giving him a reputation as unreliable.
