Underworld Main Quest

Underworld Main Quest begins directly after completing the Crashed Main Quest, when you get to Mirogana City on the Speeder and get off near the Landing Pad.

Starting Location is: Landing Pad in Mirogana on planet Toshara.

Having crashed on Toshara, Kay has teamed up with a mechanic named Waka who will help repair the Trailblazer. Waka suggests going to Mirogana to pick up a job from the Pyke Syndicate in order to get credits for the repairs.

After failing to get work from Gorak and the Pyke Syndicate, an information broker named Danka has set Kay up with a job. Kay must break into Gorak's base and steal some data for an unknown client.

I cut the Underworld Video a lot because it turned out to be too long to watch, I left only the elements directly related to the Walkthrough to the Main Quest.

While completing the mission you can look into the side corridors to collect additional loot.

Reach Makal's cantina (00:00)

You've just arrived in Mirogana after completing the Crashed Main Quest. I know you're very tempted to start exploring the open world, but don't do it, there's another Main Quest ahead of you that you should finish before you start exploring the city.

Go straight to Reach Makal's Cantina as the quest marker shows.

On the way, submit to a document check by a Stormtrooper.

Makal's Gambling Parlor (01:44)

You enter the canteen, head to the bar.

Inside, on the way to bar, you will be accosted by a Broker, offering a false VIP Invitation to Gorak, refuse him and walk away.

Talk to the bartender.

Makal's Gambling Parlor - Makal's is an old Tosharan parlor that used to be a popular meeting place for Tosharans long before the arrival of the syndicates and the Empire. Over the years, the parlor got corrupted into a gambling parlor where gangsters, fugitives and other outlaws collude. While Gorak has a private suite upstairs, the parlor is considered neutral ground.

Find a way into Gorak's suite (02:54)

Kay begins to search for a way to Gorak's suite.

  • The first option is the Broker we met at the entrance, but this is not the best way.
  • We can also just try to get into the Turbolift, but Bartender won't allow it, suggesting it's for VIPs only.
  • We can try to bribe the Technician but that's not a good solution either.
  • We can talk to Bouncer, but this method won't work.
  • The correct method is to use the door near the bar which will take you to the balcony, at the end of the balcony you will find the door to room with the Locken Vent, Override Lock and enter the ventilation shaft, go up the ladder and jump across the roof to the Turbolift which will take you to Gorak's suite.

Gorak's Suite (07:17)

We witness a scene of violence, Nix steals Gorak's ring, and Kay ends up back down in the Cantina.

Gorak Palas - Gorak is a Pyke crime lord who established the Pykes as the most powerful syndicate on Toshara. He surrounds himself with fineries and spends lavishly wherever he goes. With the governor of Mirogana on his payroll, Gorak knows the importance of social manipulation - well aware that the perception of wealth and power are just as important as actually having them.

Danka (09:09)

After visiting Gorak, you meet Danka, who shows you around the canteen and offers you a job.

Danka Orsato - Danka is an independent broker on Toshara who's working with the toughest syndicates in the galaxy. Gruff but likeable, tough but fair, Danka's carved out a place for herself in the underworld. After getting tangled up in some bad deals on Mon Cala at a young age, Danka fled her home and landed on Toshara with nothing, building an empire of her own using nothing but her wits and confidence.

Pyke Syndicate - The Pykes are an old and wealthy syndicate that values tradition and status. Their spice mining operation on Kessel is further complemented with coaxium, smuggling and black-market distribution. The Pykes are spread out across the galaxy and are involved in every possible criminal enterprise. Their operation is incredibly well-funded, with starfighters, freighters, and advanced weaponry of every kind. They are a dangerous enemy and powerful ally.

Crimson Dawn - Crimson Dawn recently emerged from relative obscurity under the new leadership of Lady Qi'ra. Crimson Dawn is incredibly evasive, avoiding direct confrontation with rival syndicates in favor of political schemes, espionage, and assassinations. Everything that Crimson Dawn does serves a higher, secret agenda, with some believing that they have deliberately orchestrated a syndicate war between their rivals for their own ends.

Hutt Cartel - The Hutt Cartel is an ancient criminal organization with an abundance of wealth and power. While the cartel has traditionally been ruled by a council of Hutts, recent developments have led to Jabba Desilijic Tiure becoming the single-most powerful crime lord in the cartel. The Hutt Cartel is debauched and ruthless, relying on brute force and intimidation to seize power and defeat their enemies.

Infiltrate Gorak's base (10:48)

Exit the cantina and follow the map to Pyke Syndicate District. Of course, you won't be allowed through by the Pyke guards.

Use the secret passage to Pyke Syndicate District, crawl through the ventilation shafts into the bowels of the Pykes area.

Pyke District (12:40)

After exiting the vent, head right. Watch out for the guards, you can overpower them without anyone seeing you, but you can't use weapons.

Slide down the rope to the ground level, you must pass unnoticed to the exit on the other side of the room, take left side.

When you reach the large building with two guards in front of the entrance, go right and climb up

Another door and another ventilation shaft.

Go down.

Pyke Syndicate District - After the Pykes carved out a place for themselves in the higher echelons of Toshara's economy, they naturally sought the best real estate that Mirogana had to offer. The Pyke district is set up around an old Tosharan temple, and it's the beating heart of the syndicate's operation on Toshara.

Two Turbolifts (18:12)

  • Pull down the left elevator with the button.
  • Go up the ladder on the left and jump onto the roof of the left elevator
  • Jump to the platform between the elevators
  • Lean out and send Nix to call the right elevator with the button.
  • Jump onto the roof of the right elevator
  • Jump to the wall
  • Move further and jump up.
  • Enter the cracked tunnel.
  • When you reach the tunnel fork, on the left side behind the grate is the switch for the fan from the right tunnel. Send Nix to open the hatch and you shoot the generator.

In the room at the end of the tunnel, do not go down, but jump using the grappling hook to the higher ledge.

Climb up the ladder.

You are entering Pyke Syndicate Stronghold.

Pyke Syndicate Stronghold Courtyard (21:40)

You have entered Pyke Stronghold. From the platform you are standing on, you can take a closer look at the situation.

At the end is an energy barrier behind which there is a lift. You are to take this lift to the top of the tower.

To disable the energy barrier that blocks access to the elevator in Pyke Syndicate Stronghold, you must disable two power cores. The first is on the right on the lower level, the second on the left on the upper level.

Use Electrobinoculars to mark enemies.

Follow the walls from the right, go around the courtyard and return to the elevator.

Pyke Syndicate Stronghold - The Pyke Syndicate's main foothold in Mirogana is in a former temple. This building grants the Pykes a lot of security and influence in the city, and they use the building to manage their operations in the sector and to store valuable goods away from the prying eyes of the Empire and their rivals.

Disable the energy barrier (first power core) (22:27)

Go down the right side and eliminate enemies until you reach the first power core, turn it off.

Disable the energy barrier (second power core) (24:52)

Climb the ladder to the upper level, go around the entire courtyard, pass the elevator and find the second power core, disable it.

Break into tower (27:27)

Go back to the barrier you disabled. Just two more guards and you can enter the tower.

Take the elevator to the top.

Access Gorak's terminal (28:58)

You have reached the end of your journey.

Access computer located in the center of the room by the table.

You find SK01 Spotchka Receipe, the goal of your mission.

But you will find much more interesting info when you read the Access Encrypted File.

You witness the recording of the betrayal of one of Gorak's deputies. This will be very important information. You will decide what to do with it at the end of the Underworld Main Quest.

Once you finish watching the recorded conversation, two guards will appear, they have shields so fight from a close range.

Open the chest in the room and start running away.

Escape the base (31:01)

  • Go to the elevator shaft and climb up.
  • Another ventilation shaft and you'll end up in a room with guards. You need to eliminate them.
  • Go into the next ventilation shaft on the other side of the room.
  • You're outside the base, run towards the landing pad in Mirogana.

Return to Danka (35:47)

Go back to Makal's Gambling Parlor and talk to Danka.

Talk to Danka (36:58)

Talk to Danka.

You give her the recipe that Kay went to Pyke Syndicate Stronghold for.

Danka will introduce you to Eleera, the quest giver.

Talk to Eleera.

Now you must decide whether to tell Eleera the secret you learned from Pykes.

Save the information for Gorak and tell him about the traitor. This decision will give you a large amount of Reputation with Pykes, much more than giving this information to Eleera.

As a reward you receive Fuel Injectors a new part for the ship.

Your Reputation with Crimson Dawn increases slightly.

Eleera Soi - Eleera is a senior member of the Crimson Dawn syndicate, focused on leading their operation on Toshara to collect intel, find recruits, and undermine the Pykes. Knowing Qi'ra personally, she has earned a great degree of trust to carry out her work as she sees fit. Eleera has never been interested in leading, prefering instead to stay in the shadows so she can slip away if things get too complicated.

Take the elevator to Gorak's Suite

Tell Gorak the secret Kay learned in Pyke Syndicate Stronghold.

Pyke Reputation increases significantly.

This is the end of the Underworld Main Quest.

More importantly, you can now freely save your game manually. And you have access to the map!
