Eleera Soi

Eleera is a senior member of the Crimson Dawn syndicate, focused on leading their operation on Toshara to collect intel, find recruits, and undermine the Pykes. Knowing Qi'ra personally, she has earned a great degree of trust to carry out her work as she sees fit. Eleera has never been interested in leading, prefering instead to stay in the shadows so she can slip away if things get too complicated.
