In Nautiloid Map in Baldur's Gate 3 you will meet Lae'zel and Shadowheart Companions, Us Folower, and will finish "Escape the Nautiloid" and "Rescue the Illithid's Captive" Main Quests.
Nautiloid Prologue Map
Nautiloid is flying Ship, you are currently on his board over Avernus Realm, First of the Nine Hells.
The first location of Nautiloid is in the form of a prologue and a tutorial for the main game.
Aboard of Nautiloid
The story of Baldur's Gate 3 begins aboard the Nautiloid flying ship above the Avernus Realm, First of the Nine Hells. You were imprisoned, now your tormentor has gone away to defend the ship from the attacking dragons... Your adventure begins.
Escape the NautiloidMAIN QUEST first quest in game, starts automatically.
Find a way off the nautiloid We've been abducted by mind flayers and infected with some kind of parasite. We need to find a way off this ship.
Search the room, search the Mind Flayer corpse, 2 chests and collect everything you find.
Refer to the Rune Slates scattered around the ship for additional information.
There is a Nursery in the middle of the room, you can try INVESTIGATION on it, but it doesn't bring any significant benefits.
Near the exit from the room there is a device that restores health. There are several such Restorations on Nautiloid, you can use them whenever you want.
Go to the next room.
Meeting with Us
Search the corpse on the lower level and take the elevator to the platform above.
Myrnath NPC he's lying in the medical chair, he's basically dead and you can't save him.
You hear a Psionic Presence, something is calling you.
Approach Myrnath's corpse, use STRENGHT (or any other ability) to separate the brain from the body.
And then DEXTERITY to mutilate the brain.
Us FOLLOWER you meet your first Follower who will join your party if you talk to him.
Us is Aberration and can use Blindsight, Darkvision and Opportunity Attack.
Follower Us
Baldur's Gate 3
Follower is your temporary companion. Unlike true Companions, Followers only join your party for a limited period of time. You can control them, e.g. during combat.
Exit room.
Lae'zel
Walking down the corridor you meet Lae'zel.
Lae'zelCOMPANION
Lae'zel will be your Companion in the future, but right now he doesn't want to talk to you about anything other than getting off the ship. Be nice to her and agree with what she says. He will join your party temporarily to help you.
You'll meet her later in the game and then you'll be able to really team her up and talk.
Fight
With Lae'zel and Us in the party, you'll have to defeat a few opponents, it shouldn't be a problem for you.
Search the room after the fight (the room is not visible on the map above), collect the loot from the corpse.
At the exit of the room you will find Restorations to heal yourself.
Take the second exit and you'll be in (05).
After the Fight
This is where you will be when you leave the room after the fight, keep going.
Free Shadowheart
In the Mind Flayer Pod, you'll find imprisoned Shadowheart. You must free her.
Rescue the Illithid's CaptiveMAIN QUEST
Find a way to release the captive. We encountered a survivor, trapped inside one of the pods aboard the nautiloid. Perhaps we can find a way to free her.
Next to the Mind Flayer Pod is the console that opens it. But you can't activate it, you need the Eldritch Rune which you can find on the corpse in (07)
Use Eldritch Rune on Console, insert rune into socket.
ShadowheartCOMPANION She will join your party when you free her from the Mind Flayer Pod.
Shadowheart is Hight Half-Elf Cleric.

Open Backpack near.
Body with Eldritch Rune
Eldritch Rune you have to use Eldritch Rune on console in (06) to free Shadowheart in Rescue the Illithid's Captive Main Quest.
Open chest near.
Body with Gold Key
Gold Key will open chest in (09)
Desk
Use the Gold Key from (08) to open the chest and collect its contents.
Collect the rest of the items. Search the rest of the room. You can use Restoration.
Head to (10).
To the last room
The next room is the last one on Nautiloid, so if you want to go back, do it now. You can also use Restoration here.
Control Room
There's a fight going on in the last room on Nautiloid, stay out of it. Your task is to get to the end of the room within 15 turns and activate the console (12).
Defend yourself only against the minions that attack you.
You can collect items from corpses along the way.
Kill Commander Zhalk and get his Everburn Blade
The creators of Baldur's Gate 3 did not plan it this way. Commander Zhalk's fight with Mind Flayer is meant to be just a backdrop for your to connect the nerves of the transponder and escape. However, you can try to kill Commander Zhalk and collect his mighty Everburn Blade. It won't be easy (because it's supposed to be impossible) but try to heal Mind Flayer, attack Zhalk when Mild Flayer stun him and use Us to draw reinforcements. Remember, however, that you still only have a certain number of turns.
You can also equip Shadowheart with Command Spell, and cast Command Drop on Commander Zhalk, there is a chance that he will drop the sword on the ground at some point.

Exit to Ravaged Beach.
Once you take control of the ship, you will find yourself next to the Nautiloid wreck in Ravaged Beach.

Escape the Nautiloid Main Quest
- Find a way off the nautiloid.
- We've been abducted by mind flayers and infected with some kind of parasite. We need to find a way off this ship.
- Reach the Helm.
- We met one of the mind flayers' minions - an intellect devourer. It wants us to go to the helm of the ship.
- Connect the nerves of the transponder.
- The mind flayer told us we need to connect the nerves of the transponder to escape the Hells.
- We escaped the Hells on the nautiloid.
Rescue the Illithid's Captive Main Quest
- Find a way to release the captive.
- We encountered a survivor, trapped inside one of the pods aboard the nautiloid. Perhaps we can find a way to free her.
- We found an Eldritch Rune. It may help us to rescue the captive half-elf.
- Talk to the half-elf.
- We opened the pod using an Eldritch Rune, and freed the captive. We should speak to her.
- We learned that the survivor aboard the nautiloid is called Shadowheart. She joined us.
