Examine Tower (5 floors) using Magic Lamp and Witcher Senses.

Open secret doors using switch to enter laboratory.

NPC: Anabelle Talk to ghost and promise to help her.

ITEM: Anabelle's Remains Take it to Graham.

Graham is in The Mire West (04)

You can also tell that you do not trust her, and try to kill her.

04 Stone Circle

NPC: Pellar

For Forefathers Eve Quest. Be here at midnight. During the ceremony, kill Witch Hunters. After, go for Pellar's father bones to Crookback Bog.

For For The Advancement of Learning Quest

Follow Keira to (03), and talk to her.

If you ant Keira Metz to stay alive and become available later in game to help you, you have to chose dialogue options:

"Thousands may die. It'll be on your head." and "Go to Kaer Morhen"

If you do so Keira Metz will be alive, will help you fight Wild Hunt and will be happy adventuring with Lambert. Otherwise, it would die in such a way or another.
