The Daedalian Keys Side Quest

The Daedalian Keys is Side Quest in Hogwarts Legacy. You can start The Daedalian Keys talking to Nellie Oggspire in Transfiguration Courtyard in The Astronomy Wing.

The goal of the Quest will be to find all 16 Daedalian Keys hiding in Hogwarts Castle. Then finding appropriate Cabinets and inserting the found Daedalian Keys into them. Inside each opened Cabinet you will find one House Token.

16 House Tokens, when collected, will allow you to open a House Chest in your Common Room.

The keys can only be searched after starting The Daedalian Keys is Side Quest, before that they are invisible.

All Daedalian Keys are within Hogwarts Castle, but you have to open Level 1 Door Locks.

When you get close to the location where the Daedalian Key is located, use the Revelio spell, then you will hear a characteristic sound and see a butterfly-like flying key. Follow the flying key by following its trail in the air, which will lead you to the Cabinet. To open the Cabinet you must "slap" the Key when it is over the keyhole.

Astronomy Tower Daedalian Key and Cabinet Location

Daedalian Key and Cabinet in Astronomy Tower are located on +1 and +2 levels of Astronomy Tower. This first one, Daedalian Key is automatically marked on game map by a quest.

Clock Tower Daedalian Key and Cabinet Location

Daedalian Key and Cabinet in Clock Tower are located on level +2 and +3 of Clock Tower and you will have to open 1 Level Lock.

Faculty Tower Daedalian Key and Cabinet Location

Daedalian Key and Cabinet in Faculty Tower are located on level +1 and +2 of Faculty Tower.

Grand Staircase Daedalian Key and Cabinet Location

Daedalian Key in Grand Staircase is located on level +3 of Grand Staircase.

Cabinet in Grand Staircase is located on level +1 of Grand Staircase near Reception Hall.

House Tokens to Open House Chest

Once you have collected all 16 House Tokens from the Cabinets, go to your Common Room and open the House Chest. Inside you will find a Unique Outfit.
