This is a Ashes of Creation world map prototype dated January 2020.
The continent is called Verra, it will be used in the Alpha version of Ashes of Creation.
The game world will probably change over time, but the map shows the concept of the game world quite accurately which we will see in the full version of Ashes of Creation.
